At ITivat Technologies, we strive to provide high-quality IT solutions, recruitment services, and training programs. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations across our various services.
1. IT Solutions & Development Services
1.1 Project-Based Services
Before Project Commencement:

Full refund of advance payment if project is cancelled before work begins

Cancellation must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before start date
After Project Commencement:

Refunds will be calculated based on work completed

Client will be charged for milestones completed and delivered

Unused advance payment will be refunded within 15 business days

Any third-party costs incurred (hosting, licenses, etc.) are non-refundable
Project Delays:

If delays are caused by ITivat, clients may request refund for delayed portions

If delays are caused by client (feedback, approvals), no refund will be provided
1.2 Monthly Retainer Services

Cancellation requires 30 days written notice

No refund for current billing cycle

Services will continue until end of notice period

Partial month usage will be charged pro-rata
2. Recruitment & Staffing Services
2.1 Permanent Placement
Before Candidate Joining:

100% refund if suitable candidates are not provided within agreed timeline

No refund after candidate accepts offer
After Candidate Joining:
-
Replacement Guarantee: If placed candidate leaves within 90 days, we provide free replacement

No refund of placement fee once candidate has joined
-
Replacement period: 90 days from joining date
2.2 Contract Staffing / Staff Augmentation

Minimum billing period: 1 month
-
Cancellation requires 15 days written notice

Pro-rata billing for partial months
-
Early termination fees may apply (refer to contract)
3. Corporate Training Programs
3.1 Pre-Scheduled Training
Cancellation by Client:

More than 15 days before: 100% refund minus administrative charges (10%)

7-14 days before: 50% refund
-
Less than 7 days before: No refund
-
Rescheduling allowed once without charges (subject to availability)
Cancellation by ITiVAT:

Full 100% refund or free rescheduling

Compensation for any direct costs incurred by client (travel, accommodation)
3.2 Ongoing Training Programs

Refund available only for remaining sessions

Completed sessions are non-refundable

Minimum 7 days notice required for cancellation
4. Internship Programs
4.1 For Students/Interns
Registration Fee:

Non-refundable after acceptance into program
-
Refundable if application is rejected
Program Fee (if applicable):

Refundable before program start (minus 15% processing fee)

No refund after program commencement

No refund for early withdrawal from program
Special Circumstances:

Medical emergencies: Case-by-case review with documentation

Program cancellation by ITivat: Full refund
5. General Terms & Conditions
5.1 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days of approval

Refunds will be made to the original payment method

Bank charges/transaction fees are non-refundable
5.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Registration and administrative fees

Third-party costs (software licenses, hosting, domains, etc.)

Completed work or delivered services

Bank transaction charges and payment gateway fees

Custom development work that has been delivered
5.3 Service Termination by ITiVAT
If ITiVAT terminates services due to client's breach of terms:

No refund will be provided

Outstanding payments remain due
5.4 Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions):

Services will be rescheduled or delivered online

Refunds will be provided only if alternative delivery is not possible

Decision on refunds will be at ITivat's discretion
